ניתן להנפיק כרטיסי משיכה לקידום מכירות לפי קריטריונים ובסכומים כפי שנקבעו מראש על ידי ההנהלה.
כרטיסי משיכה מיוחדים שהונפקו יהיו זכאים באותו שבוע או חודש או סוף עונה כפי שפורסם. צבעים ספציפיים המפורסמים מדי שבוע בימים, וצבעים שונים המפורסמים בבית לצורך ביצוע מבצעים / אירועי סוף העונה. כל הכרטיסים השבועיים שנצברו תקפים להגרלה שבועית בשבוע שהונפק. יש למסור כרטיסים כדי להפעיל אותם בהגרלות לפני שיונפקו כרטיסים בצבעים שונים. באחריותו של השחקן לבקש את הכרטיסים שלו בזמן הרלוונטי, ולא יונפקו כרטיסים במועדים מאוחרים יותר מכל סיבה שהיא, ואף לא יתקיימו טענות כרטיסים מאוחרות יותר.
כל הכרטיסים בצבע השני לקידום מכירות (כפי שפורסמו מראש) שזכו בכרטיס הזכייה החודשית בתאריכים המפורסמים בתוך הבית.
כל כרטיסי ההגרלה לקידום נכנסים לזמני הגרלות שפורסמו.
שחקנים המחזיקים בכרטיסים אך נשללה גישתם לקזינו מכל סיבה לא יהיו רלוונטיים. הגרלת כרטיסים אינה מזכה את המחזיק באופן אוטומטי בזכייה בפרס, וגם לא מכרז המזומן מזכה את השחקן בקבלת כרטיס אם הוא לא מוכר על ידי ההנהלה מכל סיבה שהיא. לא צריך לחלוק את הסיבות הללו עם שחקנים שהוחרגו.
על מחזיק הכרטיסים להיות נוכח בהגרלה כדי לדרוש את הפרס שלו, ועליו לשמור את הכרטיס התואםשל דף הנגדי, עם שמו הפרטי.
יתכן שיוחלף צד ג׳ בתפקידים של מרוץ קוביות/טורניר, כאשר המשתתף לא יכול להיות נוכח במירוץ,
לא יתקבלו תביעות פרס של גורם שלישי.
הזוכים רשאים להיעזר בערכי הפרס כפי שנקבעו מראש על ידי ההנהלה, (מזומן במידת הצורך ובשיקול דעת ההנהלה)
אנשים שיימצאו שמפעילים את הגרלת הפרסום בכל דרך שהיא, ייפסלו. קזינו טאבה סנדס שומר לעצמו את הזכות לשנות את החוקים, התאריכים וערך הפרס בכל עת. ההנהלה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לבטל או להשעות את הגרלת הפרסום בכל עת. במקרה של מחלוקת כלשהי ההחלטה בניהול היא סופית ולא תתקיים שום התכתבויות או פעולה משפטית.
אנשים המועמדים לרשימה השחורה מהקזינו בגלל רמאות או מכל סיבה אחרת על ידי ההנהלה, ייגרעו על כל זכויות ההטבה בכל הגרלה.

Promotional draw tickets may be issued on criteria and in amounts as pre-determined by Management.
Particular draw tickets issued will be eligible for the draws in the same week or month or end of season as advertised in-house. Specific colours weekly on days advertised, and different colours as advertised in house for follow on promotions / month end / end of season events
All promotional weekly tickets earned are valid for weekly draws in the week issued.
Tickets must be handed over to be dropped in tombolas before different colour tickets will be issued. It is the responsibility` of the player to claim his tickets at the relevant time, and no tickets will be issued at later times for any reason, nor will any later ticket claims be entertained
All promotional second colour (as Advertised in house) tickets earned will be eligible for the monthly Draw on dates advertised in-house
All promotional draw tickets are to be placed in the tombola(s) provided for draw times advertised.
Players holding draw tickets but denied access to the Casino for any reason whatsoever forfeit all draw privileges
Draw tickets do not automatically entitle the holder to win a prize, nor does cash tendered entitle a player to receive a ticket if excluded by management for any reason whatsoever. These reasons do not have to be shared with players who are excluded.
Ticket holder must be present at the draw to claim his/her prize, and must produce the counterfoil matching stub, with his own name on it.
A third party MAY be substituted for Dice race / Tournament positions, where the entrant cannot be present at the race
No third-party prize claims will be accepted.
Winners may avail of prize values as pre-determined by Management, (cash where applicable and in Management discretion)
Persons found manipulating the promotional draw in any manner will be disqualified. Taba Sands Casino reserves the right to change the rules, dates and prize value at any time. Management reserves the right to cancel or suspend the promotional draw at any time. In the event of any dispute Management decision is final and no correspondence or legal action will be entered into.
Persons black-listed from the casino for cheating or any other reason by management, forfeit all rights of benefit in any draw.
